Controlling the Power Plant with Solarify is Possible!

Solarify, with its Dynamic and Manual PPC features, performs Active Power Control for solar power plants. Active Power Control, commonly known as PPC, are system that reliably supports the grid and can closely follow the active power output at its maximum level.

Solarify's PPC feature supports national and international grid codes, enabling grid-compliant feeding from PV plants at medium and high voltage levels found anywhere in the world. Additionally, it records all parameters with high precision during operation, ensuring fast and precise control at the grid connection point.

Dynamic PPC allows limiting inverters based on a variable value.

With Dynamic PPC, you can:

  • Automatically assign limits to inverters based on the plant's main output power.
  • Limit the plant to maximize energy production.
  • Prevent limit exceedance with automatic power limiting.

This prevents demand penalties resulting from feeding excess energy into the grid beyond the agreed-upon power.

Manual PPC is power-limiting based on a fixed value.

With Manual PPC, you can:

  • Prevent excessive power limitations with optimal power limiting.
  • Produce more energy.
  • Reduce field visits with remote control.
  • Mitigate limit exceedance risks with an alarm system during device changes.

In addition to all this, Solarify PPC:

  • Offers broad compatibility with many inverter brands in the industry due to its protocol diversity.
  • Allows easy monitoring of inverter limitations and production values through a user-friendly interface.

  • Enables data storage and analysis.
  • Allows manual limit values to be set based on the Loggma data logger interface. After specifying the power limit percentage, the Active Power tab shows the maximum instantaneous power that the inverter can output.

  • With the Solarify data export feature, historical measurement values can be analyzed based on past data. This ensures full control over the data at all times.
  • The Loggma datalogger PPC license, which is the foundation of the energy plant controller, can locally store the facility's recorded data for 5 years.
  • Provides transparency and investment security in all operational processes.
