What you will be doing
- Providing solutions for complex problems
- Enhancing your product knowledge, in breadth and depth
- Digging deep to discover the root causes and solutions of issues - exploring data, logs, and traces
- Solving customer problems with remote communication
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution,
- Identifying opportunities for improvement contributes to solutions and, enhances workflow efficiency to enhance the customer’s experience
Requirements
- Advanced level of English
- Analytical thinking, fast and solution-oriented
- Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Self-Driven and learning ability
- A knack for data analysis and process/operations improvement
Education & Experience
- BS in Energy Systems Engineering or Electrical Electronics Engineering fields
- No prior experience is required
