Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a “Technical Support Engineer” for our team, which operates in the international energy market.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing solutions for complex problems,
  • Enhancing your product knowledge, in breadth and depth,
  • Digging deep to discover the root causes and solutions of issues - exploring data, logs, and traces,
  • Solving customer problems with remote communication.
  • Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution,
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement, contributes to solutions and, enhance workflow efficiency to enhance the customer’s experience

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English,
  • Analytical thinking, fast and solution oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Self-Driven and learning ability.
  • A knack for data analysis and process/operations improvement.

Education & Experience

  • BS in Energy Systems Engineering fields.
  • No prior experience required.
