We are looking for a “Technical Support Engineer” for our team, which operates in the international energy market.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing solutions for complex problems,
- Enhancing your product knowledge, in breadth and depth,
- Digging deep to discover the root causes and solutions of issues - exploring data, logs, and traces,
- Solving customer problems with remote communication.
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution,
- Identifying opportunities for improvement, contributes to solutions and, enhance workflow efficiency to enhance the customer’s experience
Requirements
- Advanced level of English,
- Analytical thinking, fast and solution oriented
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Self-Driven and learning ability.
- A knack for data analysis and process/operations improvement.
Education & Experience
- BS in Energy Systems Engineering fields.
- No prior experience required.
